Hello friends and family!

Well, today is launch day. It feels unreal that this is really happening now. I’ve spent so much time thinking, planning, and praying about this and now the day is finally here. I am so excited to see what God has in store for me. In my last post, I wrote that I was at 75% of my fundraising goal. I’m stunned to share that I not only made that goal, but exceeded it! Gods hand of provision through this has totally blown me away. In addition to the babysitting event at the church, Makayla and I have done many other fundraisers including a bake sale which was a huge success. I woke up this morning feeling nervous but most of all just excited to see how I grow and change and all that i’m going to learn this summer. Especially pumped for those that I can serve. By tonight, I’ll be in Antigua with my team! I cant wait to meet my team and those i’ll be serving with. Thank you to everyone for continuing to pray for me through this journey. It truly means so much to me. Our first week will be our training week so stay tuned for an update on that.
